Job Description

Organize and participate in technical meetings with customers and technical centers.
Lead the project from the Quotation phase to SOP.
Communicate frequently with other local departments and our technical center; use managing tools for project: database, to do “list, timing plan, etc.
Generate an overall timing plan and Packaging design for each project, including all required activities and ensures its regular follow up from RFQ till SOP
Manage all planned activities by assuring the respect of technical performance, timing, costs, and quality level.
Follow internal APQP procedure, prepare the gate review and make sure all toll gates sign-off.
Support or responsible for customer audit, IATF 16949 & ISO 14001 audit, etc.
Visit customers regularly ,solve customer complaints and understand customer requirements.
Responsible for tool/mold/Gauge supplier management, tool validation.
Comply with and participate to the entire request of the company for quality and environmental management.
