1.Achieve production target through monthly, weekly, daily and hourly production plan
2.Minimizing rejection at various stages by ensuring high quality standards
3.Maintaining the cost effectiveness of the unit
4.Planning production to ensure delivery of products as per customer requirements
5.Motivating the team members towards work and maintaining high morale
6.Ensuring adherence to safety standards
1. Conduct sunrise and sunset communication meeting
2. Check and organize resources to achieve the day's targets
3. Maintain and improve 2S in the respective bay
4. Audit JH check points (CLIA) at specified intervals
5. Conduct hourly PDCA for Quality and Production
6. Resolve / escalate issues raised by team members (Workmen)
7. Work as reliever to team member when required
8. Monitor efficiency of team member
9. Update data at regular intervals
10. Train workmen as per skill requirements
11. Participate actively in TEI activities (QCC & CFT/SIT)
Min. 5 to 15 years of experience in PDC - Casting shop Production (Aluminum Casting)
