About the Role:

Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Accept and onboard new projects from business or clients.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and convert them into actionable plans.
• Define and communicate project scope, timelines, and deliverables to development teams.
• Prepare 

  architecture diagrams

  , 

  technical workflows

  , and 

  solution blueprints

  .
• Create and manage detailed plans in 

  Microsoft Planner

   with defined milestones and task ownership.
• Conduct and lead 

  daily stand-ups

   / 

  scrum meetings

   and resolve blockers.
• Make strategic decisions regarding development approach and solution design.
• Track and drive progress toward deadlines and deliverables.
• Prepare client-facing presentations and documents for each project milestone.
• Act as the 

  primary point of contact

   for all client communications and ensure alignment between the internal team and stakeholders.
• Ensure quality, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven track record in project management (minimum 5 years preferred).
• Experience in leading software or low-code development projects.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to understand both business and technical requirements.
• Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Planner, PowerPoint, Azure DevOps, or Jira.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Agile or Scrum methodologies.

Preferred:

• Exposure to Power Platform, Azure services, or low-code/no-code development.
• Experience working with cross-functional and remote teams.
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certifications (not mandatory but a plus).
