Position: Project Manager Experience: 5+ years (preferred in IT/Product/Low-code environments) Location: Hybrid Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to take complete ownership of project delivery across its entire lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of software development processes (especially low-code platforms) and should be capable of leading cross-functional teams, managing client communications, and ensuring timely and successful project execution. Key Responsibilities: Accept and onboard new projects from business or clients. Analyze business and technical requirements and convert them into actionable plans. Define and communicate project scope, timelines, and deliverables to development teams. Prepare architecture diagrams , technical workflows , and solution blueprints . Create and manage detailed plans in Microsoft Planner with defined milestones and task ownership. Conduct and lead daily stand-ups / scrum meetings and resolve blockers. Make strategic decisions regarding development approach and solution design. Track and drive progress toward deadlines and deliverables. Prepare client-facing presentations and documents for each project milestone. Act as the primary point of contact for all client communications and ensure alignment between the internal team and stakeholders. Ensure quality, timely delivery, and client satisfaction. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven track record in project management (minimum 5 years preferred). Experience in leading software or low-code development projects. Excellent organizational and planning skills. Ability to understand both business and technical requirements. Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Planner, PowerPoint, Azure DevOps, or Jira. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Agile or Scrum methodologies. Preferred: Exposure to Power Platform, Azure services, or low-code/no-code development. Experience working with cross-functional and remote teams. PMP, CSM, or equivalent certifications (not mandatory but a plus). Intrigued by our offering?
