Project Manager

As a Project Manager at Anubavam Technologies, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the development of IT SaaS products. Your responsibilities will include managing project timelines, resources, and budgets, as well as coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and continuous improvements. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, mitigate risks, and ensure that project goals are met. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage large, complex enterprise-level projects. - Define and manage project scope, timelines, and resources. - Utilize Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and traditional project management practices. - Prepare and distribute progress reports, manage risks, and correct deviations. - Support product owners in stakeholder communications and project governance. - Teach and coach the adoption of Agile practices. Required Skills: - Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies. - Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project). - Understanding of SaaS architecture, cloud computing, and enterprise software solutions. - Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Proficiency in risk management, budget and resource management, and change management. Qualifications: - 12+ years of project management experience with a focus on Agile methodologies. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field. - Proven experience as a Project Manager in the IT or SaaS industry. - Excellent documentation and reporting skills. - Strong customer focus and adaptability to changing project requirements. - Awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies.
