Job Title : Program Manager - Experiential Events & Activities

Program Manager - Experiential Events & Activities


The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, enthusiastic about student development, and possesses exceptional project and program management skills.

 

Responsibilities



1. Program planning and execution


  • End-to-End Execution:

    Primarily accountable for the successful, smooth, and timely execution of all large-scale student activities, events, and generalized challenges.
  • Resource Management:

    Manage all resources, venues, and scheduling required for events, ensuring smooth execution through proper coordination across internal teams.
  • Coordination:

    Act as the central liaison between

    Academics

    ,

    L&D

    , and

    Corporate

    to ensure event schedules and goals integrate seamlessly with the semester curriculum and corporate partner availability.



2. Quality Control & Innovation


  • Continuous Improvement:

    Research best practices continuously and propose innovations to activity/challenge design, ensuring high relevance.
  • Standardization:

    Create and manage standardized activity briefs, project timelines, and quality checklists for every activity/event across all programs.
  • Quality Assurance:

    Ensure the successful completion of each program and maintain high quality standards by proactively tracking progress, managing conflicts, and intervening as needed to ensure the achievement of the

3. Reporting & Program Oversight


  • Conflict Management:

    Proactively track student teams' progress in activities and intervene as needed to manage conflicts.
  • Reporting:

    Ensure all program data and completion metrics are accurately reported to the CPO for strategic review.


Qualifications

  • Education :

    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience :

    0-3 years of experience in startups, project management, event coordination, or program management, preferably within an educational or corporate training environment. Experience in running or being an initial member in a startup is an advantage.
  • Essential Skills :

    High energy, enthusiasm, and proactivity, exceptional verbal and written communication, strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Key Competencies :

    Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, conflict resolution skills, ability to motivate and guide student teams toward high-quality output.
