What You'll Do

As a Project Manager – AI Automations, you’ll be the bridge between clients and our internal team. You’ll oversee automation projects, guide interns and specialists in building workflows, and ensure clients are kept updated on progress, challenges, and outcomes. Your role combines project oversight, client communication, and a strong understanding of sales/marketing automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end automation projects for sales and marketing teams.
• Guide and mentor interns in setting up Workflow automation systems (Clay, N8n, and Zapier).
• Oversee the design and implementation of automation workflows using n8n, Zapier, or Make.com
• Ensure smooth integration of tools like Apollo, Clay, Instantly, and LinkedIn via APIs/webhooks.
• Monitor quality of data pipelines for enrichment, lead scoring, and AI-driven workflows.
• Review and validate outputs (data cleaning, reports, dashboards) before sharing with clients.
• Act as the primary client contact—providing updates, gathering feedback, and ensuring alignment.
• Document processes and recommend improvements for scalability and efficiency.

Skills and Requirements

• Strong familiarity with no-code/AI automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make).
• Experience managing CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho).
• Background in project or client management with exposure to sales/marketing workflows.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills for coordinating interns and client expectations.
• Bonus: Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, or basic scripting (Python/JavaScript).
• Comfort with productivity tools like Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritize and deliver on deadlines.
