Stipend: Paid Internship - ₹8,000 – ₹12,000/month

Role Focus: Distribution, Community & Growth

Your role is not just to make content, it’s to ensure it reaches and resonates with the right audience.

You will support our efforts in founders’ personal branding and building a niche for aspiring B2B Sales professionals and teams looking to upskill. You’ll work on expanding the brand’s organic reach and followers across 4 platforms like Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram, while supporting our community-building and growth distribution strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify relevant and trending topics aligned with our B2B Sales courses and programs
• Write and Post content consistently and manage the content calendar across platforms
• Develop right scripts of long-form and short-term videos with right hooks and content
• Identify and engage with student and professional communities on WhatsApp, Telegram, Reddit, and LinkedIn
• Create and manage distribution campaigns for our content (reels, career tips, webinars) across platforms as we need an organic reach.
• Grow followers and engagement organically on Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Use performance tools (Instagram insights, YouTube analytics, etc.) to identify what’s working
• Build and nurture WhatsApp & LinkedIn communities for B2B/Tech Sales aspirants
• Collaborate closely with the other team members like video editors etc and get the work done in the right manner
• Experience in graphic design using Canva (for thumbnails, carousels, banners, etc.)
• Basic video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro
• Familiarity with tools like Notion for team collaboration and task tracking
• Prior experience in English-speaking environments is a plus
