Key Responsibilities 1. Project Planning & Execution Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow. 2. Team Management Assign tasks to team members and monitor performance. Conduct regular team meetings to review progress. Provide support and resolve project-related issues. 3. Client Coordination Act as the primary point of contact for clients. Understand client requirements and ensure timely execution. Maintain professional communication and relationship management. 4. Monitoring & Reporting Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for management review. Identify risks and create strategies for improvement. 5. Quality Control Ensure project deliverables meet company and client standards. Conduct quality checks before final submission. 6. Documentation & Compliance Maintain complete project documentation. Ensure all processes follow company policies and timelines. * 2+ yrs. Experience in advertising / marketing / creative agency project management * Strong planning, multitasking, and timeline management skills * Good understanding of creative processes (design, content, and media) * Strong creative understanding and briefing abilities
