Job Description

As a Senior PMO Analyst at Regnology, you will be a valuable member of the international Operations team, contributing to the establishment and execution of cross-functional business process, data, and change projects. Your role will demand a detail-oriented approach to effectively tackle cross-functional business challenges. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee the tracking of project progress and ensure alignment with project goals, while providing regular updates to senior stakeholders. - Support the development and implementation of standardized best practices, templates, and governance to maintain consistency across projects. - Proactively identify and escalate project risks and issues, assisting project managers in devising mitigation plans and resolutions. - Coordinate between project teams and stakeholders for consistent communication on project deliverables and follow-up on action items. - Offer insights and recommendations to enhance project outcomes. - Engage in projects involving cross-functional change, software migrations, and/or business processes. Your role will entail a high level of independence, challenging colleagues on deliverables as needed. **Qualifications Required:** - Completion of university studies in economics, computer science, or related fields, or equivalent education in banking or insurance. - Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in project management or PMO related roles, preferably in software, financial services, or consulting. - Desirable to have good knowledge of business processes and financial services. - Enthusiasm for international work in a dynamic, growing company. - Excellent stakeholder management skills. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of German or French is a plus. - Based in Pune, India. - Passion for change and continuous learning. - Possession of Project Management certification such as PMP/PRINCE2 and/or background in data/financial analytics would be advantageous.
