Job Description

Lead the product development from concept to final product.

Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with business objectives.

Oversee all phases of development, including design, prototyping, testing, and production.

Manage resources, budgets, and timelines to ensure project milestones are met.

Ensure your product meets all required technical, legislation and environmental standards.

Oversee the mechanical & electrical design for Air dryers and Generators

Develop test plan for product qualification during development phase.

Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies.

Lead the cross-functional project team meeting including internal stakeholders (marketing, purchasing, operations) and external partners.

Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.

Ensure customer requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
