Project Leader

As a Project Leader at Trident Pneumatics Private Limited, your role involves leading the product development process from concept to the final product. You will be responsible for defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with business objectives. Your key responsibilities include: - Overseeing all phases of development, including design, prototyping, testing, and production. - Managing resources, budgets, and timelines to ensure project milestones are met. - Ensuring the product meets all required technical, legislation, and environmental standards. - Overseeing the mechanical & electrical design for Air dryers and Generators. - Developing a test plan for product qualification during the development phase. - Leading the cross-functional project team meetings, including internal stakeholders and external partners. - Providing regular updates to senior leadership on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies. - Ensuring customer requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle. To succeed in this role, you will need: - A Master's degree in Electromechanical/Mechanical engineering or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in project management within the compressor, water treatment, or related industries. - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Good communication skills and English proficiency.
