Project Leader

As a Project Leader for the Truck booking app client, your main responsibilities will include: - Serving as the central point of contact between the CTO and the IT team to translate high-level directives into actionable tasks. - Identifying and proactively removing obstacles that may hinder project progress or team efficiency. - Organizing and managing workflows to ensure alignment with project timelines, quality standards, and business objectives. - Monitoring project progress and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery. - Preparing and delivering insightful presentations and project updates to leadership and stakeholders. - Providing strategic input on team structure, resource planning, and delivery processes. - Cultivating a high-performance team culture emphasizing collaboration, accountability, and innovation. - Utilizing MS Excel for tracking, data analysis, and reporting to support project decisions. - Communicating effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, for documentation and stakeholder engagement. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics and Communication, or related engineering fields OR MBA with a background in technology or operations management. - 3+ years of experience in project management or team leadership in an IT environment. Key Skills & Competencies: - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel, project management tools, and presentation platforms (e.g., PowerPoint). - Excellent command of the English language both verbal and written. - Leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Strategic thinking and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working with cross-functional teams in a tech-driven organization. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus. - Prior experience in logistics, transport tech, or SaaS-based product development is advantageous.,
