Project Leader

As a Project Leader with 7-10 years of industry experience and at least 3 years of experience as a Project Leader, you will be responsible for monitoring projects from initiation through delivery. This includes planning and directing schedules, monitoring project health, and managing project trackers and technical metrics. You will also be responsible for converting business requirements into technical tasks and coordinating with Bridge Engineers on work status and progress review meetings. In this role, you will mentor and train your team on technical and non-technical skills, ensuring adherence to the QuEST project management system and compliance standards. Additionally, you will provide operational support for hiring and development activities within the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in desktop application development for Windows and Linux platforms, as well as experience in concurrently handling multiple projects. Strong skills in process management, project management, timesheet management, stakeholder management, requirement management, and team handling are essential for success in this role. You should be able to prepare effort estimates, work breakdown structures, and provide hands-on guidance to project teams to steer projects forward technically. Proficiency in project management tools for scheduling, tracking, employee engagement, and metrics is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, along with the ability to understand and make decisions on technical proposals. Candidates with experience in the Semiconductor Domain and handling Japanese clients will be given preference. The ability to quickly adapt to new technologies, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills, is crucial. A self-motivated, proactive approach to work, coupled with good verbal and written communication skills, will be essential for excelling in this role.,
