As a Project Leader at Typhoon, you play a central role in managing and coordinating projects from initiation to successful completion. Your responsibilities include overseeing technical and financial aspects, collaborating with internal teams, and maintaining strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Your duties involve: - Project Preparation & Calculation: Collaborating with customers to understand project requirements and gather necessary data for proposal development. - Commercial follow-up: Serving as the main point of contact for customers, preparing quotations in coordination with the calculation department and technical-commercial staff. - Project execution: Monitoring project timelines, coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure progress and quality standards are met. - Budget monitoring: Keeping a close eye on project costs and suggesting alternatives to enhance profitability. - Technical expertise: Working with the drawing office to create layout plans and technical designs. - Site follow-up: Ensuring safe and efficient project execution on-site, conducting workplace inspections, and leading start-up meetings. - Customer Relations & Service: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, acting as the primary contact for future projects and expansions. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field, or equivalent experience, with a strong background in project management and technical coordination. Effective communication skills, both internally and with clients, along with a commercial mindset are essential. Analytical thinking, structured approach, and hands-on mentality are key attributes for this role. Moreover, proficiency in CAD software such as BricsCAD - AutoCAD 2D/3D and Microsoft Office applications is required. Fluency in Dutch and English is mandatory, while knowledge of French is considered a plus.
