Role Overview:

Developing and driving Project Strategy, Project Management, Resource Planning and development
Expertise in Customer Relationship Management and Stakeholder Management to ensure delivery of the Project
Coordination with local statutory authorities towards compliance and certification of the elevator and escalator
Managing and Developing Diverse Project team
Expertise in leading the Project with an exposure of Double Deck elevator Installations, Otis Sky rise and Gen2 elevators/ Compass troubleshooting
Cost Management and Financial reviews with Management. Ensuring delivery of the project within the cost with no overruns
Coordination with local statutory authorities towards compliance and certification of the elevator and escalators.

Experience:

20+ years in Project Management, Min 5 years exposure in International Projects
