Department: Project Execution Location: Korba – Chhattisgarh Reporting To: Project Manager / Operations Head Job Role Summary: The Site Execution Engineer – Interior & Civil Works will be stationed at an industrial client site and will be responsible for supervising and executing interior, fit-out, and civil finishing works as per the approved drawings and timelines. The role demands strong coordination with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure high-quality project delivery at an operational industrial environment. Key Responsibilities: Site-Based Execution: Take complete ownership of site activities related to interior, civil, electrical, and finishing works. Ensure all work is carried out as per RFC drawings, specifications, and client standards. Align with client’s safety and work protocols typical of an operational industrial setup. Coordination & Supervision: Supervise the work of sub-contractors and labor teams including carpenters, electricians, plumbers, etc. Coordinate with internal design, procurement, and logistics teams to avoid execution delays. Act as the single point of contact for execution-related matters at the industrial site. Planning & Progress Monitoring: Prepare daily work schedules and track progress against the master plan. Maintain site logs, photographs, and daily progress reports. Identify bottlenecks and resolve issues on-site to avoid cost/time overruns. Quality & Compliance: Conduct on-site inspections and quality checks. Ensure adherence to industrial-grade standards in workmanship, materials, and installation. Monitor safety compliance and enforce EHS norms specific to industrial environments. Client Interaction: Attend site meetings with the client’s engineering and facilities team. Address technical queries and obtain approvals for site-level variations. Ensure regular communication and reporting to the project manager and client interface. Material & Resource Management: Monitor material availability, usage, and wastage control at site. Coordinate the delivery and storage of materials ensuring no disruption to ongoing work. Track labor deployment and productivity. Documentation & Handover: Maintain checklists, snag lists, measurement books, and site inventory. Support in preparing work completion and handover documentation. Ensure timely closure of snag points and final handover in coordination with project team. Qualifications & Skills: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Interior Design. 3–6 years of experience in site execution, preferably in industrial or large-scale corporate projects. Proficient in reading and interpreting CAD drawings and BOQs. Good communication and team leadership skills. Familiarity with safety, compliance, and documentation practices on industrial sites.
