Collaborating effectively with project managers, design consultants, and sub-contractors is crucial to produce and modify drawings as needed. Your tasks will include maintaining project drawings lists, printing drawing sets in various formats, and organizing files on the CAD server. Seeking guidance from a Senior Manager when uncertainties arise is important to ensure clarity in your work. Additionally, you will upload drawings to web-based storage sites for sharing among project stakeholders and create standard details for project use. Timely printing and delivery of CAD drawings will be part of your routine tasks. To excel in this role, proficiency in AutoCAD is essential, along with familiarity with software like SketchUp and Vray. A strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and the ability to work under pressure are key attributes required. You should have a solid work ethic, capacity to manage peak workloads, and willingness to travel if necessary. A diploma or degree in Computer Aided Drafting is preferred, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience as a CAD Operator. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are important, with proficiency in English being preferred.
