Job Description

Job Summary:

Project In-Charge


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of:
  • PV arrays, MMS (mounting structures)
  • Inverters and electrical BOS
  • Substations and HT transmission lines
  • Control systems and SCADA
  • Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards (IEC, IEEE)
  • Coordinate contractors, vendors, and site staff
  • Conduct routine site inspections to enforce safety and quality
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical issues
  • Track progress and implement corrective actions as needed


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or related field

  • 57 years of experience in solar projects (BOS & electrical focus)

  • Proficient in MS Project / Primavera
  • Strong communication, leadership, and troubleshooting skills


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with AutoCAD, PVsyst
  • Knowledge of OSHA, IEC safety standards
  • Hands-on commissioning experience
