Job Description

Set and execute operations in the assigned zones and clusters
Initiate new tie-ups with Government, Government-Aided, and Trust-run schools within the allotted areas
Identify and engage corporates and individual donors to support program goals
Plan and conduct Train-the-Mentor sessions periodically to build a strong pool of mentors within the zone
Provide daily and regular updates to the Head Office (HO) team on project progress, challenges, and outcomes
Assist the HO team in content development and other project-related coordination
Manage and maintain school relationships, especially with teachers and Head Masters (HMs)
Ensure accurate data entry and updates in the CRM tool
