Project Head

We are hiring a highly motivated Project Manager who can take full ownership of project delivery, product development, team coordination, marketing execution, and revenue growth. This is not just a management role it's a leadership position for someone who wants to drive real business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end execution of digital and product-based projects

Coordinate with cross-functional teams: design, development, marketing, and sales

Ensure timely delivery and high quality of deliverables

Take ownership of product strategy and roadmap

Work closely with the marketing team to execute growth campaigns

Monitor project and business KPIs (e.g., traffic, leads, conversions, revenue)

Report project and revenue performance to senior management

Motivate, guide, and manage team members toward common business goals

Must-Have Skills:

5–10 years of experience in project or product management

Strong leadership and team coordination skills

Basic understanding of marketing (digital campaigns, performance tracking)

Ability to manage timelines, resources, and business targets

Strong communication and client-handling skills

Familiar with tools like Trello, Asana, Google Analytics, or CRM platforms
