Project Manager/Team Leader

We are hiring a highly motivated Project Manager who can take full ownership of project delivery, product development, team coordination, marketing execution, and revenue growth. This is not just a management role — it's a leadership position for someone who wants to drive real business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end execution of digital and product-based projects
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams: design, development, marketing, and sales
• Ensure timely delivery and high quality of deliverables
• Take ownership of product strategy and roadmap
• Work closely with the marketing team to execute growth campaigns
• Monitor project and business KPIs (e.g., traffic, leads, conversions, revenue)
• Report project and revenue performance to senior management
• Motivate, guide, and manage team members toward common business goals
• Must-Have Skills:
• 7–10 years of experience in project or product management
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Basic understanding of marketing (digital campaigns, performance tracking)
• Ability to manage timelines, resources, and business targets
• Strong communication and client-handling skills
• Familiar with tools like Trello, Asana, Google Analytics, or CRM platforms

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹440,000.00 - ₹840,000.00 per year
