Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Team Leader / Project Manager to lead our team of developers, designers, and other team members. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, project management, and communication skills with the ability to deliver projects on time while ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of developers, designers, and other team members.
• Plan, execute, and deliver projects within deadlines and budget.
• Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure smooth workflow.
• Communicate with clients to gather requirements and provide updates.
• Monitor project risks and implement solutions.
• Motivate team members and ensure high performance.
• Prepare reports and documentation for management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Business Management (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Team Leader, Project Manager, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools .
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple projects.
• Problem-solving and decision-making mindset.
