About the Role

Project Head

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project execution
Drive exhibitor acquisition, international pavilions & partnerships
Oversee operational planning, venue coordination & vendor management
Build strategic alliances with trade councils, embassies, associations & global networks
Improve exhibitor/visitor experience & satisfaction metrics
Lead cross-functional internal teams across sales, operations, and marketing

Ideal Candidate

4–5 years experience in trade fairs/exhibitions (not corporate events)
Experience with international / B2B shows preferred
Strong commercial & relationship-building skills
Ability to drive revenue targets & manage P&L components
Experience working with event organisers, associations, or industry councils

Preferred Background

Experience at organisations such as:

Informa Markets
RX Global
Messe Frankfurt / Messe Düsseldorf / NürnbergMesse
Pragati Maidan / ITPO ecosystem
Gulfood / Dubai World Trade Centre
