Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise multiple fire fighting projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Provide strong leadership and strategic direction to project teams, site engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
• Manage and maintain positive professional relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities.
• Regularly communicate project updates to clients and resolve issues professionally and effectively.
• Review and interpret system designs, drawings, BOQs, and technical documentation for various fire protection systems including:

1. Hydrant & Sprinkler Systems
2. Fire Pump Rooms
3. Foam & Water Mist Systems
4. Gas Suppression Systems
5. Hose Reels & Landing Valves

• Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress across all active sites.
• Ensure strict compliance with industry standards and legal guidelines (NFPA / NBC / TAC / IS Standards).
• Conduct quality inspections, safety checks, site audits, and commissioning oversight.
• Identify project risks and implement preventive and corrective action plans.
• Coordinate procurement, vendor management, and material delivery planning.
• Prepare detailed project progress reports for management review.
• Drive operational excellence, standardize workflows, and improve project delivery efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications;

• Minimum

  10+ years of proven experience

  in managing

  Fire Fighting Projects

• Strong knowledge of fire fighting system design, standards, installation practices, and commissioning processes.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and decision-making capabilities.
• Strong client handling, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Professional attitude and ability to represent the organization confidently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office & project planning tools.
