Project Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION We are hiring a Project Executive to join our dynamic team in the automation field. This role is ideal for individuals with 1–2 years of project coordination experience and a technical background in mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics engineering. You will play a key role in assisting the execution and coordination of automation projects for diverse industrial applications. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY Project Management: Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, from design to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. - Coordinate between design, production, assembly, and service teams to ensure smooth project flow. - Prepare and manage technical documentation, project status reports, and client communication. - Monitor timelines, track deliverables, and support onsite installations or testing as required. Communicate with clients and vendors to resolve technical issues and clarify project requirements. - Support project reviews, audits, and post-delivery analysis. * REQUIRMENT *- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering. - 1–2 years of relevant experience in project execution, preferably in automation or SPM. - Good understanding of engineering drawings, automation components, and basic troubleshooting. - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Office; basic knowledge of AutoCAD/SolidWorks is a plus. - Willingness to travel to client or vendor sites as needed. -Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. *Candidate should be prefarably from kochi (Day scholar) * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach and the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
