Role Overview:

Operations & Project Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the MD in daily project-related tasks, reporting, and coordination
• Prepare and manage documentation, reports, and project trackers
• Use

  MS Excel / Google Sheets

  effectively for data analysis and reporting
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure project timelines are met
• Follow up on project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Assist in scheduling meetings, maintaining project records, and drafting communications
• Perform any other operational or administrative duties as assigned

Required Skills:

• Proficient in

  MS Excel

  and

  Google Sheets

• Strong written and verbal communication in

  English and Hindi

• Good organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail
