Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Make outbound calls to candidates and potential leads in Hindi.
Explain services and answer customer inquiries.
Generate New Candidates' or Old Candidates' information for follow-up.
Handle customer complaints or issues with empathy and professionalism.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Project Requirements.
Ensure candidate's satisfaction through effective communication and resolution of queries.

Required Skill

Fluent in Hindi; proficiency in English is a plus
Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of computer operations (MS Office).
Ability to work in a team and work with a large audience.
High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
