Project Engineer - MEP, Hospital ProjectThis role is responsible for oversees the final stages of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) installations in a construction project, focusing on the coordination, quality, and smooth handover of these systems to clients. This role requires managing the finishing details, ensuring compliance with codes and specifications, conducting site inspections, resolving issues, and handling documentation and reporting to ensure the successful completion and commissioning of the MEP systems.
About the Role:
- Develop detailed design plans, including structural layouts and interior finishes.
- Work with architects, contractors, and other project teams to integrate MEP finishes with the overall project
- Oversee and manage MEP activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, codes, and safety regulations
- Conduct site visits to evaluate existing spaces and provide recommendations for renovations or redesign
- Address and resolve any technical or logistical issues that arise during the finishing and installation phase.
- Develop project documents, including drawings, specifications, and estimates.
- Participate in project planning, including developing schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Work closely with architects, MEP consultants, and other stakeholders to coordinate project elements
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
- Identify and resolve any potential issues or conflicts that arise during the design or construction process
- Contribute to the accurate estimation and management of project costs
About You
- B.E Electrical / Mechanical with 6 to 8 years of experience in Hospital/Hotels/IT Parks.
- Technical awareness of civil, electro-mechanical, and architectural works and finishing
- Excellent organizational and motivational skills
- Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
