Akasa Coworking is seeking a qualified and experienced Project Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in interior fit-out, civil, and construction projects, and will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising on-site project activities to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and execute interior and civil projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors for smooth project flow. Prepare BOQs, project schedules, and progress reports. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards. Manage site activities, material procurement, subcontractors, and workforce effectively. Conduct regular inspections and report project status to management.

Skills and Qualifications: Strong understanding of civil and interior project execution. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Experience in estimation, billing, and vendor coordination preferred
