Role Description This full-time on-site role as a Project Manager is based in Gurugram. The Project Manager will oversee the coordination and execution of solar power projects from initiation to completion. Responsibilities include managing timelines, supervising inspections, ensuring logistical efficiency, and expediting processes to meet client and regulatory requirements. The role also involves liaising with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project deliverables. Qualifications Strong expertise in Project Management, including planning, monitoring, and execution Experience with Expediting and Expeditor activities to ensure timely project progression Proficiency in Inspection processes to maintain quality standards Practical knowledge of Logistics Management for the procurement and delivery of materials Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Familiarity with solar energy systems and industry standards is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or related fields Experience: Mandatory 6-8 years in Solar industry with 10-100 MW capacity experience

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Engineer based in Gurugram. The Project Engineer will oversee project planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring the successful implementation of solar power projects. The role includes preparing project schedules, managing budgets, conducting technical evaluations, and liaising with stakeholders. The individual will also ensure compliance with engineering standards and provide hands-on support during the project lifecycle. Qualifications Strong skills in Project Engineering, Project Planning, and Project Management Solid foundation in Electrical Engineering principles and practices Effective Communication skills for stakeholder and team coordination Ability to work on-site and manage field operations under project constraints Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields Experience in the solar or renewable energy sector is a plus Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic project requirements Experience: 2-3 year mandatory experience in solar industry with solar project capacity of 500 kw - 5MW. location: Project based (Mostly Haryana and Rajasthan)
