Project Development Head - Real Estate Mixed Use

Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of all airside, terminal, and landside projects as the Head - Project at Adani Airports Holding Limited. This role involves leading cross-functional project teams, ensuring compliance with project budgets, timelines, and quality standards, and delivering projects that align with the strategic goals of the airport's master plan. Your focus will include project management, stakeholder coordination, risk management, sustainability, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and integrate cross-functional teams to deliver projects with the highest quality, speed, safety, compliance, and stakeholder management - Ensure compliance with development and regulatory bylaws, project designs, and approvals - Manage all aspects of projects including inception, planning, budgeting, statutory & legal approvals, management of consultants, contractors, vendors & suppliers, and complete execution - Provide leadership for safety, quality, compliances, and construction management - Oversee project teams to ensure successful project delivery - Document management & controls, RFP process, cost control & management, vendor management - Collaborate with design, construction, legal, and finance teams to drive project success - Develop and implement strategies for optimizing project timelines and costs while maintaining high-quality standards - Establish and maintain strong relationships with regulatory authorities, stakeholders, and external partners - Lead digital initiatives for project execution and implement innovation initiatives - Manage stakeholder relationships with local municipal corporation, development authorities, and fire and safety departments for approvals - Develop project budgets, track expenditure, and ensure compliance - Identify and mitigate potential project risks and challenges - Contribute to the overall strategic planning and growth of the real estate division Qualification Required: - B.Tech / M.
