We're expanding and looking for a skilled Project Coordinator to manage project flow, ensure quality delivery, and enhance collaboration between teams and clients. About the Role As a Project Coordinator, you’ll oversee end-to-end execution of creative projects—ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations. This role demands excellent organisation, proactive communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced design environment. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Delivery Translate client briefs into structured project plans with clear timelines, milestones, and resource allocations Manage execution of design deliverables (e.g., PowerPoint presentations, brochures, posters, Word documents) Ensure timely delivery, maintaining alignment with brand standards and quality benchmarks Team Coordination & Resource Management Assign and track tasks across design teams based on workload and project needs Reallocate resources dynamically to meet changing priorities Facilitate internal collaboration and assist designers in meeting deliverables Quality Control & Client Communication Review design and content for accuracy, consistency, and brand compliance Maintain regular communication with clients, provide updates, collect feedback, and address queries Escalate project issues proactively with solutions Documentation & Reporting Maintain project documentation: timelines, trackers, contracts, client notes, and post-project summaries Log progress and updates using project management tools (e.g., Zoho CRM/Bigin) Process Optimisation Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements Encourage best practices, cross-functional learning, and documentation of SOPs Skills & Qualifications Experience 1–5 years in project coordination, client service, or workflow management—ideally within a design or marketing environment Technical Skills Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint Basic familiarity with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop is a plus Experience with Zoho Bigin, Zoho CRM, or similar tools preferred Core Competencies Excellent verbal and written communication in English High level of organisation and time management Attention to detail with a client-first approach Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setup Quick learner, adaptable to training and company standards Education Bachelor’s degree preferred What We Offer Competitive salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000/month Performance-based bonuses and annual incentives Flexible working hours and remote work setup Laptop provided Continuous learning and growth opportunities Exposure to global brands and international projects Supportive and collaborative team environment How to Apply If you're a proactive and detail-oriented professional ready to coordinate global design projects, we’d love to hear from you.
