Project Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in assisting Project Managers in the successful planning, execution, and monitoring of projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely task completion and track project progress. Your responsibilities will include scheduling meetings, documenting minutes, and following up on action items. Additionally, you will maintain project documentation, records, and communication logs, while identifying and escalating any risks or issues to the Project Manager. Supporting resource allocation, project scheduling, and ensuring compliance with project timelines and quality standards will be key aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Assist Project Managers in planning, executing, and monitoring projects. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely task completion. - Track project progress and prepare regular status reports. - Schedule and organize meetings, document minutes, and follow up on action items. - Maintain project documentation, records, and communication logs. - Identify risks or issues and escalate them to the Project Manager. - Support in resource allocation and project scheduling. - Ensure compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and deliverables. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, IT, Management, or a related field. - 2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana, or similar). - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
