Web AR Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AR/VR applications for mobile, web, and standalone platforms (iOS, Android, PC, XR headsets).
• Implement real-time 3D interactions, physics-based animations, and immersive simulations to create highly engaging user experiences.
• Integrate AR/VR frameworks and SDKs such as ARKit, ARCore, Vuforia, Oculus SDK, or OpenXR.
• Leverage MediaPipe for real-time facial landmark tracking, hand tracking, and body pose estimation to enhance interaction and realism.
• Develop and integrate custom 3D face models using morph targets, 3DMMs (e.g., FLAME/DECA), or photogrammetry pipelines to enable avatar generation or try-on experiences.
• Implement face occluder systems for accurate depth-aware rendering of AR content such as glasses, helmets, or masks.
• Collaborate closely with 3D artists, designers, and engineers to optimize models, shaders, and assets for real-time performance.
• Conduct testing, profiling, and debugging across devices to ensure high frame rates, low latency, and robust stability.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in AR/VR, spatial computing, and real-time 3D rendering technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Game Development, Computer Graphics, or a related field.
• Proficient in Unity3D (C#) or Unreal Engine (C++/Blueprints).
• Strong experience with AR/VR SDKs and real-time 3D graphics programming.
• Familiarity with MediaPipe, especially for face/hand/pose detection and real-time landmark tracking.
• Experience with custom 3D face modeling, mesh deformation, UV unwrapping, and blendshape-based animation.
• Knowledge of occlusion techniques, face occluder setup, and depth-buffer manipulation in AR rendering pipelines.
• Solid grasp of UX/UI principles for spatial and immersive interfaces.
• Experience with cross-platform development and deployment (mobile, WebAR, desktop, HMDs) is a plus.
