Job Overview

Project Coordinator

This is a fast-paced role for someone who thrives in a creative environment and can juggle multiple projects daily — from brief to final execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and daily workflows for branding and marketing projects
• Coordinate tasks between internal departments, including design, copy, production, and operations
• Work closely with marketing ops, growth marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment
• Manage day-to-day execution of marketing projects, including scheduling, resource planning, and issue resolution
• Source and book freelance talent including designers, videographers, editors, animators, and writers
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize productivity and streamline creative operations
• Track project progress, identify roadblocks, and implement timely solutions
• Stay updated with industry trends and share insights to elevate creative output

Skills & Key Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in project coordination or management, preferably in fashion or e-commerce
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, creative workflows, and branding processes
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to manage stakeholders across departments
• Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or Microsoft Project)
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Experience in managing freelance resources and creative vendors is a plus
