Key Responsibilities: Assist project managers in developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation. Coordinate project schedules, meetings, documentation, and communication. Track and report on project progress, deliverables, and risks. Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure all stakeholders are informed. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining project files. Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely task execution. Support quality assurance and ensure compliance with company processes and standards. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, Monday.com). Ability to work independently and within a team. PMP/CAPM certification is a plus. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with budgeting and reporting. Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
