Job Description – Project Coordinator

Location: Gujarat

Salary Range:

Fresher: ₹10,000 per month

Experienced: ₹15,000 per month

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the implementation and monitoring of the Saksham – KVK 2.0 skill development initiatives in Gujarat. The role involves coordinating between multiple stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution of training programs, maintaining compliance with guidelines, and driving beneficiary outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day activities of Saksham Centers at the block/taluka/village level.

Assist in mobilization and enrollment of beneficiaries as per target groups (youth, women, marginalized communities, etc.).

Monitor training delivery, attendance, and adherence to scheme guidelines.

Maintain and update records on the GSDM portal (attendance, progress, placement tracking).

Support in organizing awareness, outreach, and counseling sessions.

Liaise with trainers, implementation partners, district committees, and local authorities.

Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and timely submission of data/reports.

Assist in coordination of On-the-Job Training (OJT) and placement follow-up.

Ensure branding and compliance with Saksham KVK 2.0 norms during program implementation.

Required Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Management, Social Work, Education, or related field).

Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English.

Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with online reporting portals.

Ability to travel locally within Gujarat districts.

Preferred Skills & Experience

Prior experience in project coordination, training, education, or government schemes (for experienced candidates).

Knowledge of skill development/NSQF/GCVT frameworks will be an added advantage.

Ability to work with diverse beneficiary groups (women, youth, PwDs, etc.).

Compensation & Benefits

Fresher: ₹10,000/month (CTC)

Experienced: ₹15,000/month (CTC)

Travel allowance for field visits (as per project norms).
