Handle customer queries via chat with professionalism and empathyPromote and upsell products/services wherever applicableEnsure high-quality customer experience with timely responses. Achieve sales and support targets. Team management, coaching, mentoring, preparing WBR, Client handling.Requirements:Graduate in any streamExcellent written communication skills (English proficiency required)Strong persuasion & sales aptitude. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Minimum 5 to 10 years of prior experience in sales/chat support. Telecom Billing is preferred.
