Role Overview:

Project Coordinators

The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, sound technical understanding of PEB projects, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate between site teams, design, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics departments.
• Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Support Project In-Charges and Regional Teams in execution planning and reporting.
• Assist in cost tracking, documentation, and MIS reporting.
• Monitor material movement, drawings status, and site requirements.
• Ensure timely flow of information across internal teams and project sites.
• Support compliance with safety, quality, and project execution standards.
• Prepare regular project updates, reports, and coordination notes for management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering.
• 9–10 years of experience in PEB / steel structure / industrial projects.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Good understanding of PEB systems, project workflows, and execution processes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Effective communication and documentation skills.
