Qualifications & Skills Graduate in any discipline (Project Management certification preferred). 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within the real estate or construction industry . Strong number-crunching, analytical, and reporting skills. Good understanding of real estate terminologies and end-to-end processes . Hands-on knowledge of project management software (PERT or similar). Strong administrative, organizational, and coordination abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
