Government and public sector transactions services, sits under EYs Transaction Advisory Services practice, a market-leading, multi-disciplinary team, working with leading businesses across a range of industries. This practice is in a unique position to deliver implementable strategies given the firms sector depth, transaction perspectives, and operational insights.The practice provides experience working with various sectors such as, Transport, Social & Health care, Education, Urban & Infrastructure, Economic Development Advisory , Water waste & Sanitation, Power & Utilities and Public Finance & Management.SaT - TCF - Lead Advisory-Project Finance :Strategy and Transactions enables clients to reimagine ecosystems, reshape portfolios and reinvent for a better future. Using our Capital Agenda framework, we work with clients to find answers to todays toughest strategic, financial, operational and commercial questions. We help corporates, private equity, governments, sovereign wealth funds, private and family businesses, and educational institutions with their key financial issues. From portfolio review and capital allocation processes to financial planning analytics and decision support, we have the people, analytics and tools to better allocate capital. The CCS include Strategy, Corporate Finance, Buy and Integrate, Sell and Separate and Reshaping Results, and are underpinned by our Connected Capital Technologies.Our key focus areas are - Investment Banking Advisory, Valuations, Modeling and Economics, Transaction Diligence, Restructuring and Turnaround Services, Project Finance and infrastructure, EY Parthenon - Strategy and EY Parthenon - Execution.Your key responsibilitiesTechnical Excellence- Indepth understanding and work experiance of environmental regulatory systems, sustainibility frameworks, and climate governance.- Experiance in streamlining and digitization of CTE, EC, and other regulatory clearance processes to improve EoDB and support green industrial growth.Skills and attributesTo qualify for the role you must haveQualification- Masters in Environment Science/Sustainibilty- Masters in Enviromanment and Climate Change Management- Masters in Computer Science/EngineeringExperiencePrior experiance of working for MoEFCC, State Pollution control board etc.
