Our Service Offerings include External Audit, Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) , IFRS & US GAAP conversion , IPO and other public offering, Corporate Treasury - IFRS 9 accounting & implementation support etc

Your key responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional with experience in Finance Process improvement / digital finance implementation to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in finance process improvement initiatives and finance function processes, driving improvements and innovation in finance operations. Key
Deliver and support finance process improvement projects focused on process optimization, automation, and technology integration.
Analyse current finance processes and identify opportunities for enhancement, process Optimization and efficiency gains.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement finance process improvements aligned with business goals and client requirements.
Develop/Draft the Business requirement documents, detailed process, design documentation, training materials, and presentations for effective communication with Stakeholders.
Support finance function automation / digitization initiatives, including ERP implementation and reporting automation.
Perform financial data analysis and contribute to strategic decision-making discussions. Qualifications and Experience
Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA with a focus on Finance Process improvement.
2-4 years of relevant experience in finance process improvement and finance function processing.
Strong understanding of finance processes such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, financial reporting, and compliance.
Experience with ERP systems (eg, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
Experience with EPM solutions will be an added advantage (eg, Hyperion, Anaplan, Board)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Qualification

Bachelor of Commerce
Master of Business Administration

Experience

Project Management (6+ years)
SAP Implementation (5+ years)
