Your key responsibilities

  • We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional with experience in Finance Process improvement / digital finance implementation to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in finance process improvement initiatives and finance function processes, driving improvements and innovation in finance operations. Key
  • Deliver and support finance process improvement projects focused on process optimization, automation, and technology integration.
  • Analyse current finance processes and identify opportunities for enhancement, process Optimization and efficiency gains.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement finance process improvements aligned with business goals and client requirements.
  • Develop/Draft the Business requirement documents, detailed process, design documentation, training materials, and presentations for effective communication with Stakeholders.
  • Support finance function automation / digitization initiatives, including ERP implementation and reporting automation.
  • Perform financial data analysis and contribute to strategic decision-making discussions. Qualifications and Experience
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA with a focus on Finance Process improvement.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in finance process improvement and finance function processing.
  • Strong understanding of finance processes such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, financial reporting, and compliance.
  • Experience with ERP systems (eg, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
  • Experience with EPM solutions will be an added advantage (eg, Hyperion, Anaplan, Board)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Qualification

  • Bachelor of Commerce
  • Master of Business Administration

Experience

  • Project Management (6+ years)
  • SAP Implementation (5+ years)
