Visit our website at www.vecmocon.com to know more.Job Summary: The Project Associate will play the role of liaison between the multiple internal business teams and the legal team. This is a focused role that would manage amalgamation of the inputs that come in from the internal business teams ranging from Sales to Production and Marketing into the relevant agreement. The candidate would be adept at handling subtle to clear verbal and written communication and thereby convert the business requirements thus communicated into documentary clauses in tandem with the external legal team. The candidate will also be required to keep track of multiple Stakeholder Agreements and maintain policy uniformity channelised through the organisational level. The Agreements would range from OEM contracts, vendor agreements, service level agreements, MOUs and all legal documentation that may be seen as needed for functioning in the automobile industry. The Project Associate will play a critical role in managing data requirements related to company contracts while simultaneously driving program coordination efforts. This dual-focused role requires strong project management skills, regulatory compliance expertise, and the ability to generate insightful reports using advanced MS Excel techniques. The ideal candidate will effectively bridge internal teams, external stakeholders, and government authorities, contributing to seamless contract execution and successful program outcomes.Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of operational processes to ensure project efficiency.
• Assist in the operations, execution, and coordination of projects related to Battery Management Systems (BMS), IoT applications, and EV chargers.
• Support procurement, inventory, and supply chain management of electronic components used in BMS and EV chargers.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to streamline workflows.
• Track project milestones, maintain documentation, reports, and dashboards for operational insights.
• Support inventory management, procurement, and logistics for smooth supply chain operations.
• Ensure adherence to operational KPIs, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
• Identify process bottlenecks and propose data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and resource utilization.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Law / Economics / Political Science Graduate
• Experience: 3-6 years of experience in Contract Management in Automobile Industry Technical Skills:.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights clearly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹349,034.06 - ₹500,000.00 per year
