Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Architect to join our team in Nashik. In this role, you will take ownership of projects from design development through execution, ensuring that design intent is translated seamlessly into reality. You will act as the bridge between clients, consultants, contractors, and our internal design team — leading project coordination, technical detailing, and on-site resolution. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in leadership, has strong technical expertise, and can confidently deliver projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from design development to construction completion.
• Prepare, review, and oversee detailed drawings, construction documents, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants to ensure design integration.
• Supervise project execution, monitor progress, and resolve site-level challenges.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and consultants, ensuring clear communication at all stages.
• Conduct site visits, review contractor work, and ensure adherence to design intent, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and designers in the team.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s degree preferred).
• Professional licensure / Council of Architecture registration preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in architectural design, project delivery, and site coordination.
• Proficiency in design and documentation tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, construction methods, and project execution.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive projects independently.
