Architect


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and present architectural concepts, plans, and detailed drawings.
  • Lead and coordinate design development and documentation.
  • Oversee the integration of architectural elements with engineering systems.
  • Manage project schedules, resources, and deadlines effectively.
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams throughout all project phases.
  • Ensure adherence to zoning laws, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Promote sustainable and innovative design practices in all aspects of work.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Professional licensure is an advantage.
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in architectural design and project delivery.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Strong design sensibility with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with sustainable building practices and green certification standards is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently manage responsibilities.
