We are looking for a talented 3D Visualizer – Architecture to create high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations for architectural projects. The ideal candidate should have strong artistic and technical skills to transform design concepts into realistic images and animations. They will work closely with architects, designers, and clients to bring projects to life.
Create photorealistic 3D renderings, walkthroughs, and animations for architectural and interior projects.
Develop high-quality textures, lighting, and materials to enhance visual presentations.
Work closely with architects and designers to interpret sketches, CAD drawings, and design concepts.
Use 3D modeling software (3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino, Blender, etc.) and rendering engines (V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, Corona, etc.).
Optimize 3D models for rendering and real-time visualization.
Stay updated with the latest trends in architectural visualization and rendering techniques.
Ensure visual presentations meet client expectations and project deadlines.
Assist in preparing presentation boards and marketing materials for client proposals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala
