Every project reflects our core values: quality, precision, and timeless design. Role Overview: We are seeking a talented and motivated Architect to join our team in Nashik. In this role, you will be instrumental in conceptualizing, designing, and managing architectural projects from inception through completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver creative, high-quality, and sustainable design solutions that align with client expectations and project goals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and present architectural concepts, plans, and detailed drawings. Lead and coordinate design development and documentation. Oversee the integration of architectural elements with engineering systems. Manage project schedules, resources, and deadlines effectively. Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams throughout all project phases. Ensure adherence to zoning laws, building codes, and regulatory requirements. Promote sustainable and innovative design practices in all aspects of work. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s degree preferred). Professional licensure is an advantage. 2+ years of relevant work experience in architectural design and project delivery. Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite). Strong design sensibility with attention to detail. Familiarity with sustainable building practices and green certification standards is a plus. Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
