Project Architect

As a Project Architect at APICES Studio, you will play a crucial role in creating worlds designed for individuals to achieve all that is possible within that realm. Your responsibilities will include: - Project Design & Development: Leading and developing design concepts, ensuring timely delivery of design milestones, and maintaining accuracy and quality of designs, architectural drawings, and documentation. - Project Coordination & Management: Effectively coordinating with internal and external teams, ensuring design quality and project execution meet client standards, and contributing to design innovation and efficiency improvements. - Technical Expertise & Quality Control: Utilizing your knowledge in AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, and other design software, along with a strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards to ensure quality control. - Team Collaboration & Leadership: Leading Junior & Senior Architects, grooming and training the team, providing reviews, and fostering a proactive and ownership approach. - Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Engaging with clients and stakeholders to ensure their requirements are met and maintaining effective communication and presentation skills. - Progress Tracking & Reporting: Managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and tracking progress to ensure successful project delivery. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Masters degree in Architecture, 8-15 years of experience in architectural design and project delivery, excellent design, technical, and problem-solving skills, and team management skills.
