Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and talented Project Architect to join our team in Thane. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing the execution of township planning of villas, commercial, residential, and institutional buildings. The Project Architect will work closely with clients, engineers, vendors and other construction professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop architectural plans, 3d models, renders and working drawings and details for Township villas, commercial, residential, and institutional projects
• Oversee the Execution of work, ensuring that they are built according to the drawings and specifications with regular/organized site visits.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other construction professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
• Research and implement new materials, building systems, and design methods to improve the efficiency, safety, and aesthetic appeal of buildings.
• Review and approve project proposals, budgets, and contracts
• Mentor and guide junior architects and interns, providing them with technical guidance, advice, and support
• Liaise with clients to understand their needs and develop designs that meet their requirements
• Attend meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to discuss project progress and resolve any issues that may arise
• Solves complex design problems through schematic design and design development.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture/Urban Planning from a recognized institution
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in designing and overseeing the execution of commercial, residential, and institutional buildings
• Excellent design skills, with a strong understanding of architectural principles, concepts and standards.
• Proficient in using CAD software- Autocad, rendering softwares, like Sketchup, Lumion, Photoshop, V-ray, as well as other design tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, reports, area statements, building codes and regulations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and lead a team as well.
• Willingness to travel to project sites, as required
• Flexibility to focus on multiple projects in various stages of development
• A quick learner with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Collaborative and team-conscious.
